Assistance for Disabled Persons
If you are a person who has a permanent or temporary physical disability (sensory or locomotor), intellectual disability or impairment, or any other cause of disability, or age - assistance service is dedicated just to you.
According to EU regulations (No 1107/2006) of 5 July 2006 ensuring the comfort of all passengers, "Rzeszow-Jasionka" Airport introduced a number of facilities related to assistance for people in need, people with disabilities and with reduced mobility.
This means that all disabled persons arriving or departing from "Rzeszow-Jasionka" Airport have free use of assistance - including embarking and disembarking.
If you need assistance, notify the carrier or tour operator at the stage of making reservation and ticket purchase, but not later than 48 hours before scheduled departure. This will help to ensure the service you need and expect.

This form will contain information essential for fast and efficient handling of a disabled person including type of dysfunction and the equipment required.
"Rzeszow-Jasionka" Airport undertake to comply with the protection of personal data in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997.
If you fail to request for assistance, we will make every effort to provide you with the expected support, however the waiting time might be extended.
"Rzeszow-Jasionka" Airport provides a professional and efficient service to passengers in need of assistance in accordance with the standards contained in ECAC Document No. 30 (Part I, Issue 10, December 2006, Annex J, p.1.7).
"Rzeszow-Jasionka" Airport will make every effort to ensure that passengers are satisfied with the assistance and board the aircraft on time.
