Aircraft fuel and transport

Rzeszow Airport, within the framework of its structures, serves aircraft fuels sale and licensed transport services within the scope of domestic road transport of passengers and cargo.

The Rzeszow Airport runs a sale of JET A-1 aircraft fuel and AVGAS 100 LL aircraft petrol 24-hours a day, with or without excise duty tax. In order to obtain fuel without excise duty tax, there must be fulfilled and applied an appropriate statement/declaration. Moreover, any conditions specified in this statement/declaration must be also fulfilled.   

All types of fuels offered by the Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport provide a service for every aircraft both jet-propelled and turboprop, as well as piston with spark ignition.

High quality of fuels is guaranteed thanks to highly skilled staff with special qualifications approved by the Polish Airlines "LOT" Joint-Stock Company and the Polish Chamber of Liquid Propellant. The Airport has its own fuel base and tanks with modern distribution systems.

The Airport, within the framework of its domestic road transport of passengers and cargo licence, offers mainly transport services of  JET A-1 aircraft fuel. Transport services and also fuel trade are supervised by Consultant for safety of dangerous goods transport.

The price list has been operative from the 25^th of November, 2011.

Above prices do not contain excise duty tax.

In order to obtain aircraft fuel without excise duty tax by the domestic carrier, it is necessary to submit AKC-PR copy (document of supply) certified true copy by notary or solicitor.

Moreover, it is necessary to submit any statements/declarations, which can be applied on the document drawn up in connection with refuelling. Then this document is known as document of supply if it contains at least:

• ordinal number of document
• delivery date
• delivery place
• aircraft name
• type of fuel
• fuel amount
• signature of a person providing fuel on behalf of the main provider
• signature of receiver

In case of lack of above-mentioned statement/declaration it is assumed that a carrier operates private flights of recreational character. In this case, costs are increased of an excise duty tax to the amount of 1,4010 PLN per L in reference to the JET A-1 fuel and 1,8220 PLN as far as AVGAS petrol is concerned.

CHARGES

The following information concerning charges are earmarked for carriers operating from „Rzeszow-Jasionka" Airport or for carriers interested in rendering aviation and navigation services.  

Aerodrome charges that are in force at the „Rzeszow-Jasionka" Airport as from the 1^st of September, 2005, approved by the decision of the Civil Aviation Office No. LER3-MU-4051-88/05 from the 2nd of August, 2005.
