CHECK-IN
CHECK-IN TIME
You should report for check-in at least 1 hour before the time indicated on the ticket.
Please remember:
- Passengers on international flights- should check-in at least 120 minutes before departure;
- Passengers on domestic flights should check-in at least 90 minutes before departure.
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
Passengers who travel to a country where an entry visa or other travel document is required (passport, certificate of vaccination, etc.) will have to submit such a document, otherwise the border guards authority will not permit them to cross the state border.
- For international travel, a valid passport is necessary (Polish and other EU and European Economic Area citizens travelling within the European Union may also use an identity card to cross the state border). Before the journey, passengers are advised to check their passport validity requirements for an entry to a given country. This information is available from the relevant embassy or the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- A valid visa is necessary for entry to certain countries. For information about visa requirements, contact the relevant embassy or the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
CHECK-IN
After arriving at the airport a passenger reports at one of the check-in points where, upon presentation of a valid ticket and ID (and other required documents, such as a visa, certificate of vaccination etc.), he/she receives a boarding pass entitling to board an aircraft, while an appropriately marked baggage is transferred to security and customs control and further to the aircraft.
PASSPORT CONTROL
A passenger holding a valid passport and a boarding pass reports at a passport control point. For passengers on international flights passing the passport control means crossing the state border.
CUSTOMS CONTROL
Heading to the departure lounge a passenger selects either the red (goods to declare) or green (nothing to declare) customs clearance pass.
SAFETY CONTROL
In consideration of possible terrorist threat each passenger and his/her cabin baggage is subjected to a thorough security control.
BOARDING THE AIRCRAFT
Passengers are called on board by the ground assistants. The check-in personnel inform and guide passengers to their aircraft. Boarding passengers must produce their boarding passes.
